• No accounts, logins, or email addresses.
• No student names, records, or information about children.
• No personal information of any kind.

Please don't enter any student-identifying information into a poster.

Posters you create or save are kept in your browser's session storage. They persist while the tab stays open and are automatically deleted when you close it. They never leave your device unless you choose to print or export them. We don't have access to your posters.

If you use the AI helper, the short prompt you type is sent to our server to generate a draft poster. It's used only to create your draft and isn't stored or linked to you. Don't include student names or personal details in your prompt.

EmojiBoard uses a few external services to function:

• Web fonts (e.g. Google Fonts) to display text.
• Emoji images served from a CDN so emoji look the same on every device.

Poster exports (PDF/PNG) are generated on your device. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

EmojiBoard is a tool for teachers. We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has entered personal information, please contact us so we can look into it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
